Jessica is feeling good! Rampage of Appreciation

One of the simplest processes you can do to lift your vibration on a daily basis (great way to start the day BTW) is to do an exercise from Abraham-Hicks’ Ask and It Is Given called Rampage of Appreciation, where you start with writing down (or saying) something that feels good to you right now and then you keep adding to it, making your list, until you feel you feel the Appreciation vibes expanding, then you will feel MORE inclined to appreciate the good stuff that you have right now, than to be focused on the things that you don’t have, OR that have not arrived yet.
